Terms of Service and Acceptable Use
Effective August 4, 2026 · Document version 2026-08-04.3 · English
This is an invitation-only beta. Public registration, sales, and payments are not available. Reviewed legal documents will be published before public operation.
Read this document in full before registering, installing, purchasing, or connecting. These Terms apply to services offered under the “DG” brand and govern the account, subscription, client software, and network connection services between you and DG operator (legal-entity registration pending) (the “Operator”). “DG” and “次元门” are brand names and do not by themselves identify a registered legal entity. These Terms also contain the acceptable-use rules, disclaimers, and material risk disclosures. Personal-data processing is governed only by the separate Privacy Policy; these Terms do not expand the data collected under that policy. Every disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts
By registering, purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity required where you live, and have authority to act for any organization you represent. You may use a pseudonymous display name, but information supplied for email, payment, or support must be accurate. An account is for you or expressly authorized members of your organization only. Protect passwords, MFA recovery codes, device keys, and one-time configurations; revoke devices and sessions and contact support if you detect misuse. The Operator will never ask through support for your password, one-time code, recovery code, or wallet private key.
2. Nature and scope of the Service
DG provides account management, subscriptions, controlled node selection, connection modes, approved DNS presets, and encrypted network connections established by supported clients. The web account center manages accounts and devices but cannot itself create an operating-system VPN tunnel. The Service is designed to reduce transmission risk on public networks and simplify connection configuration. It is not identity erasure, content hosting, cloud storage, antivirus, endpoint forensics, legal-compliance certification, or a telecommunications license.
WireGuard is the default protocol. OpenVPN or IKEv2 is a compatibility option only where it is integrated on that platform, supported by the node, and has passed the applicable release gate. Automatic protocol fallback is not cross-VPS, cross-region, or cross-provider failover. Users cannot alter server, tunnel, or operator-side configuration.
3. Data processing and privacy boundary
The Privacy Policy controls the categories, purposes, retention periods, recipients, and user rights for account, device, session, connection-status, aggregate-traffic, support, payment, and audit data. These Terms neither authorize collection that the Privacy Policy does not disclose nor extend a disclosed retention period. The control plane does not log websites visited, DNS-query content, communications content, or destination addresses, and it does not persist login, audit, or VPN-connection public IP addresses. Data that was not collected cannot later be produced. Public blockchain records and data lawfully retained by third parties may be outside the Operator’s ability to delete.
4. Plans, payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds
Prices, taxes, plan periods, device limits, payment methods, and eligibility are stated at checkout. “Unlimited data” means the client has no fixed data cap; it does not mean unlimited computing capacity, bandwidth, or shared-node resources. New orders may use only the non-card methods expressly presented by the Service. DG does not create new card or Stripe Checkout orders. WeChat Pay, Alipay, an approved aggregate gateway, or USDT—if enabled—are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Legacy Stripe subscriptions created before retirement may still be cancelled through their historical billing portal and handled under the provider’s refund, dispute, and reconciliation rules; they cannot be used to create new card orders. Payment status is authoritative only after server-side signature verification, signed reconciliation, or a qualifying blockchain confirmation. Chargebacks, refunds, and anomalous orders may temporarily suspend related entitlements, without limiting non-waivable legal rights.
Before paid service opens, checkout must display the refund terms for the user’s territory, storefront, and payment method. Store purchases are administered under the relevant store’s rules. Cancelling renewal stops future charges; it does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current period unless checkout terms, store rules, or mandatory law say otherwise.
5. Lawful and acceptable use
You may use the Service only within applicable law, court orders, sanctions, export controls, third-party rights, and the authority granted to you. A reachable website, available registration, or downloadable client does not establish that offering, buying, reselling, or organizational use is lawful where you are located, and it is not regulatory approval.
5.1 Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, scanning, interference with, or damage to accounts, devices, networks, or services, including denial of service, credential stuffing, exploitation, or access-control bypass.
- Creating, distributing, or controlling malware, ransomware, botnets, or phishing pages; sending spam; or committing identity, financial, payment, cryptocurrency, or other fraud.
- Violating privacy, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or other rights; harassment, threats, exploitation, stalking, or distribution of content prohibited by law.
- Evading sanctions, export controls, court orders, or lawful security and territorial restrictions, or concealing the source of unlawful activity.
- Renting, reselling, or publicly sharing accounts or configurations; operating an open proxy or public exit; mass account creation; or automated circumvention of device, capacity, or security controls.
- Using bots, spiders, automated extraction, or bulk communications to unreasonably burden the Service, collect another person’s data, or integrate, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or derive a client without authorization, except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it.
- Using the Service to exploit minors or for life support, weapons control, aerospace control, nuclear facilities, emergency dispatch, industrial safety interlocks, autonomous driving, critical-infrastructure control, or another context in which failure could directly cause serious personal, environmental, or irreversible property harm.
5.2 Fair use
If sustained abnormal use of a shared node materially harms other users, the Operator may first take proportionate measures such as moving the connection, contacting the user, temporarily limiting speed, or revoking an abnormal device. You must not evade limits through multiple accounts, copied configurations, or automated device recreation.
5.3 Security research
Obtain the system owner’s express authorization before testing a system you do not own. If you discover a DG vulnerability, stop any test that could expose data or interrupt the Service and report it responsibly through the Operator’s support address. Do not threaten disclosure or exploitation.
5.4 Investigation, enforcement, and appeal
The Operator may investigate suspected violations based on credible complaints, system-security signals, or valid legal demands and may proportionately revoke devices, restrict functions, suspend, or terminate accounts. An urgent threat may be addressed immediately. Unless prohibited by law, you may contact support to explain or appeal. Because the Service does not log browsing content or destination addresses, the Operator may be unable to identify particular activity from an external exit IP alone.
6. Anonymity, security, and product claims
“Connect the world. Leave no trace.” expresses a goal of reducing unnecessary data exposure and retention. It is not a promise of absolute anonymity, zero records, impossibility of identification, or immunity from lawful investigation. Email, a current IP address, devices, operating systems, destination services, internet providers, payment providers, app stores, blockchains, and information you disclose may still link activity to a person.
An encrypted tunnel protects only traffic within its scope. It cannot cure an infected device, weak passwords, phishing, malicious extensions, jailbreak or root compromise, proxy errors, DNS or IPv6 leaks, an application bypassing the tunnel, or signing into an identified account. Obtain clients from official sources, verify signatures and hashes, update promptly, and protect credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Access outcomes, geography, and third-party content
The Service does not guarantee access to any particular website, application, streaming service, game, financial service, AI service, or regional content, or the availability of a particular country, city, carrier, fixed exit address, or third-party account. A third party may restrict access under its terms, content licenses, account territory, device fingerprint, risk controls, or legal duties. A node label describes a network ingress location only; it does not confer residency, tax status, payment eligibility, or access to a regulated service.
8. Availability, performance, maintenance, and force majeure
Connection quality depends on the user network and device, radio conditions, upstream carriers, node capacity, routing, blocking, maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. Unless checkout or a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides otherwise, the Operator does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, zero packet loss, minimum throughput, maximum latency, or any fixed uptime. In particular, no 99.9% or other uptime guarantee applies unless it is supported by defined monitoring and a written SLA. Planned maintenance and material changes will be announced where reasonably possible; urgent security action may be immediate.
9. Third-party services
Infrastructure, domain certificates, email delivery, app stores, payment providers, hosted checkout, public DNS, blockchain networks, and external websites are controlled by their respective operators and their terms and privacy policies. An external link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement, warranty, partnership, or agency relationship. The Operator may reasonably assist with diagnosis but cannot control a third party’s availability, risk decisions, data processing, transaction reversal, or recovery time.
10. USDT and digital-asset risks
If legally and operationally approved, USDT or another digital asset is only a payment method on the specified network. It is not an investment, deposit, exchange, yield, capital-protection, or financial-advice product. Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible and carry wrong-network, wrong-token, wrong-address, wrong-amount, fee, congestion, confirmation-delay, wallet-provider, smart-contract, sanctions, and value-volatility risks. Accounts share the unified TRC20 collection address shown on the current order, and the system identifies a payment by the order-specific amount to six decimal places and its transaction hash. Verify the network, official token contract, address, and full amount for every transfer; never send through a different network or an unverified contract. Incorrect, late, expired, or refunded transfers require manual review and may be limited by network fees and applicable law.
11. Beta clients, updates, and high-risk use
A client labelled Beta, Staging, test, unsigned, or invitation-only may contain defects, compatibility problems, missing functions, or interrupted updates. It is for controlled testing only and must not be represented as a formal commercial release or used for critical work. A formal release must complete platform signing, notarization or store review and validate installation, upgrade, rollback, exit IP, DNS/IPv6 leakage, network changes, sleep, and failure recovery. The Operator may retire an old release, revoke an unsafe release, or require an update.
12. Intellectual property and license
Rights in the DG software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to the Operator or its licensors. During a valid service period, you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to install the necessary client and ordinarily use the Service. Except where an applicable open-source license or law expressly permits it, you may not remove rights notices, impersonate the Operator, bypass security controls, resell, copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create a misleading derivative service. This license ends when the account is terminated or for a material breach, without limiting rights expressly granted by an applicable open-source license.
13. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using the Service, cancel renewal, and request account deletion through the provided workflow. Serious or repeated breach, harm to the system, fraud, non-payment, chargeback risk, or a valid legal requirement may lead to suspension or termination. Where risk permits, the Operator should state the reason and provide an appeal channel. Termination does not erase payment, refund, dispute, intellectual-property, or legally required records that arose beforehand. Account deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
14. Warranties and limits of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator makes no warranty beyond an express statement in these Terms, checkout, or a separate written agreement. It is not responsible for the user’s device, third-party content or services, illegal or unauthorized use, failure to update or protect credentials, or network events beyond reasonable control. Any restriction on indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss remains subject to applicable law, the nature of the transaction, and the particular facts.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that law does not permit to be excluded, including, where applicable, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and non-waivable consumer, digital-service, privacy, or data-protection rights. If a restriction is invalid in a jurisdiction, the remaining severable provisions continue to the extent permitted.
15. Service territory, regulatory status, and legal demands
DG expressly excludes Mainland China from its service territory. “Mainland China” does not include the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, or Taiwan. The restriction is based on the person’s or organization’s actual location when requesting the Service, not nationality, ethnicity, place of birth, or passport. A person or organization in Mainland China must not register, activate a trial, buy, subscribe, obtain or refresh connection configuration, establish a VPN connection, or have another person obtain the Service on its behalf. A registered user who enters Mainland China must stop using the connection service until leaving.
Technical access to the public website, legal documents, support, renewal cancellation, refunds, account security, or account deletion does not mean the Operator offers VPN service in Mainland China. Users must confirm territory at registration and sign-in. When a trusted edge identifies a Mainland China territory code, registration, login, configuration, and new-payment requests are denied. IP geolocation can be wrong because of proxies, roaming, corporate egress, or database error. A user may request review through support, but connection service remains unavailable during review.
The Service does not claim to hold any license or approval required to conduct cross-border telecommunications operations in Mainland China and must not be marketed, resold, or used to evade regulation there. The Operator may further restrict territories, methods of payment, nodes, functions, or accounts based on legal advice, sanctions screening, provider requirements, or risk assessment. The Operator responds only to verified valid legal demands under applicable law and, where permitted, verifies authority, narrows disclosure, and retains an audit record. Data not technically collected cannot later be produced.
16. Document priority, languages, changes, severability, and contact
The Privacy Policy alone governs personal-data processing; these Terms govern contract, account, subscription, acceptable use, risk, and responsibility. Checkout may add price, period, payment, and refund details but cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights. Mandatory law prevails. A specific written enterprise agreement prevails only within its express scope. If one provision is invalid, the remaining severable provisions continue.
These Terms are provided in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English, and the three versions are intended to state the same rights and obligations. If a translation difference cannot reasonably be reconciled, the Simplified Chinese version controls interpretation to the extent applicable law permits. This rule does not reduce a user’s non-waivable rights under applicable law. Material changes will be versioned and announced through in-app notice, email, or another reasonable channel. The Operator will not retroactively mark an existing user as accepting a new version without renewed confirmation.
For account, billing, abuse, security, appeal, or legal-document questions, contact the Operator’s support address. The operator is DG operator (legal-entity registration pending).
